Chesapeake City

What a stunning little gem this quaint town in Cecil County is! Its populations is about 750, that is a small town. Vibrant, friendly people, clean, good food and great history. Chesapeake City has a little something for everyone, from the youngest to the oldest. Keep in mind this is water community, you will see boats and massive ships with tons of containers on them.
FUN FACT: Chesapeake was originally named Village of Bohemia (today known as Czech Republic or Czechia), born in Prague, he was world explorer, cartographer (map maker) and an independent merchant by the name of Augustine Herman.
Augustine was the first known Czech immigrant that permanently settled in America, he first arrive in New Amsterdam (known today as New York City). He was well respected prominent figure around the world, even known for trading with Brazil and Suriname. Augustine traded mostly in tobacco and furs, he was actually known as the first tobacco trader of Virginia. Along with his brother in law, he became the largest tobacco importer of that era, a fascinating person to research.
However, when the Delaware and Chesapeake Canal was built in 1829, by 1839 Chesapeake became the new name of Village of Boehmia.
What do you guys think, should they have kept Village of Bohemia?
